The cast option includes only a cast with no work or almost no work done on it. Before painting it you will need to sand to mold line, trim the opening and possibly fill/sand a few more areas if there's slight warping.
The complete helmet option includes a painted helmet with eyes and electronics. The eyes are made with white thermoplastic with blue LEDs. There is a slit underneath each eye for the wearer to be able to see.
The deluxe helmet option adds a motorcyle helmet liner for comfort and stabilisation (it might not fit perfectly and it might need reconfiguration) and it also adds fonctionnal ventilation holes on the mouth section with a 80 mm cooling fan (highly recommended).
Casts ship pretty quickly, but I do this part time and full helmets can take a while.

They arrived to the UK having been inspected by customs and meant that I had to pay an additional £11 to collect them due to import tax, and one of them was broken. Great idea, bad experience. Pretty disappointed.
Like I already said, I am very sorry for what happened. It's the first time somebody reports a problem with customs. But it's out of my control if they open a package, break things and then even charge for it. I suggest you contact your customs. As a buyer, I experience the same thing sometimes and I know it's frustrating. I am sorry for your bad experience. I already offered to issue a refund for the broken one and talk this through, no reply.
